The staff

At the beginning the staff of the Firm numbered 5 employees with work experience as revisors in state financial control bodies.

Since 1996 one of principles of staff policy of the Firm has become a principle of preparation of the experts by own forces. The Firm accept the graduates of higher economic institutions for working ( 3 graduates work on probation in the firm annually). After achievement of the 3-rd years of experience of working as the trainees and assistants of the auditor such employees pass examination in Auditor Chamber of Ukraine to receive the certificate of the auditor.

High quality of the specialist experience is proved by the fact, that there has been no failed exams through the history of the Firm. The specialists prepared by the Firm hold responsible posts in public government bodies (Control and Revision Department of Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, General Department of State Treasury of Ukraine, State Security and Securities Market Comission of Ukraine, Administration of President of Ukraine), important enterprises (State Publishing complex “ Press of Ukraine ”, Ukrainian State Enterprise of Communication “Ukrpochta”) and founded private auditor firms.

The Firm’s organizers support business and friend contacts with all them.

All employees of Firm are higher economic or juridical educated or continuing their studies. Some of them now receive the second high education.

There are the employees who know English and German.

The Firm actively cooperates in selection and training of employees with higher educational establishments of Ukraine, such as Kiev National Economic University, Kiev State National University T. Shevchenco, Ukrainian Institute of Finance and Economy by attracting the students of 4-th and 5-th years of study (the average number is 7 students annually of each course) for the practice at the Firm.

During 1998-2000 Artjuch I.M has been nominated by Ministry of Education of Ukraine as the Chairman of the State examination commission which exams the level of knowledge of Kiev National Economic University students for receiving the degree of the Bachelor and Magistrer.

Komarov A.A. has prepared and teaches for the students of Kiev National Economic University a course “ Auditing of enterprise activity ”.

The Firm organizes with regular periodicity the seminars devoted to new tendencies in the legislation and the review of the publications of the specialized periodic editions of Ukraine. Each employee of the Firm review the concrete printed editions. These publications are analysed and fixed the inner a database of our firm.

Our representatives participate regulary in seminars on book keeping and taxation which are carried out by a tax service of Ukraine and other competent institutes.
