Нistory of creating the Firm

The legislative base of recently independent Ukraine began creating in 1991 - 1992. With the development of the market in Ukraine complicated the legislative base, including the system of the taxation and right. The system of the independent financial control directed on protection of interests of the proprietor's interests was created as the result of the further development of new economic relations. It was the time, when professional auditing was making its first steps.
In April 1993 was approved the Law of Ukraine "About auditor activity",where the main principles of organization and realization of auditor activity in Ukraine were fixed. In particular, this law established an independent organization, which had the authorities to control the realization of auditor activity - Auditor Chamber of Ukraine. This Law also assigned the obligatory certification of the auditors and licensing of auditor firms.
Among the first auditors , which were certified by the Auditor Chamber of Ukraine , were the future partners of AF "Perspektiva-K" - Komarov A.A. (certificate series А № 001354) and Аrtjuch I.M (certificate series А № 003016).
The idea of creation of Auditor Firm " Perspectiva - C" has arisen in 1993 and was realized by Komarov A.A. In January 1994 the Firm has obtained a licence on the right of realization of auditor activity in Ukraine. Since April 1, 1994 Artjuch I.М. has become the equal in rights partner - shareholder of Firm.
During its activity the Firm cooperated with other auditor firms in the incorporated working groups, involved other auditor firms as the subcontractors and also made auditing of auditor firms directly. For realization of examinations, consultations on separate questions our Firm keeps in touch with the competent experts of State Security and Securities Market Comission of Ukraine, State Property Fund of Ukraine, Kyiv Scientific Institute of Court Examination etc.
